Horrible Customer Service & Overcharged!!!!!!

HI, I would like to start by stating that I Animal LOVER and love my babies! Now, 1st I would like to comment that i have read some reveiws before I decided to write one myself and I have to say not a very good place to go. I also noticed this MEMBER her by the name CONTRIBUTOR who wrote a 5 star reveiw. This guy must either work for Appalachian or was paid by them to put his comment. His comment seems to story book and well wrote then to be from an actual REAL customer. Well now i got that out of the way I will explain my comment. From the min i walked in the door i could tell the place was dictatorship and I would be overcharged! They took there time as I sat there waiting and waiting ........By the way there was nobody in front of me.......... When I was asking about cost of pet supplies the lady acted like I was getting in her personal time??? OK?? I only wanted to cost compare and make sure I am getting the best product for the norm cost. Very Very Rude. Next when i was called back it was done very rudely,when i get back there i meet I guess Brad himself who was pretty egotistic showing no passion for my pet. I would definitely not go to AAC and instead check the yellow pages for a better vet who really CARES! Take care!

The owners wife who used to be miss america thinks her stuff dont stink and is the rudest person you will ever deal with. Brad himself is cocky and disrespectfull himself as well as handeling animals like there a piece of dirt. Stay far away from there store since everything they have is a 75% markup of regular price!! I tried getting my meds from 1800petmeds and AAC denied my RX for worm pills that my dog received routine every 6 months. I really needed at time because i went 1 month past frontline date and assumed he most likey had worms from swallowing the fleas which creates the worm. Bottom line: THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN!! PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CONSUMER AFFAIRS DEPT IN YOUR STATE AS WELL AS BBB AND THE FTC. "TOGETHER WE CAN BRING THESE COWARDS TO JUSTICE!!! GOD BLESS!
